[2nd Shift / 3PM to 11:30PM / Monday to Friday]- Additional days or overtime as required to complete the daily demands      

About the Role:

As a core member of our production team, you will be expected to:

• Be responsible for the proper warehousing of raw materials to support the manufacturing process
• Act in support of the recycling and disposal of corrugated waste and garbage generated through daily production
• Be trained to receive packaging and ingredients, as well as production material set up
• Review the BOM’s to ensure they are accurate and complete when supporting the manufacturing floor
• Be dedicated to the QCDSM process, adhere to SQF guidelines, and support the production of safe, high quality products and team member safety

What We’re Looking For:

• Flexibility of schedule.
• Able to work some overtime as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Problem solving (analysis and resolution) skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Must be willing to be trained and use the yard tractor as needed.
• Possess strong mathematical and logic skills.
• Good housekeeping skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Responsible for following all safety procedures.
• Support manufacturing needs as required.
• Must be willing and capable of receiving a forklift license.
• Computer skills – willing to learn Outlook and CIMPRO.
• Commitment to living Perry’s “values” required.
• Willing to learn and adhere to Department specific SQF requirements.

Pay:

Base Pay Rate: $20.10 / hour - $22.31 / hour

Shift Differential:  $0.50 / hour

Certified Lift Operator Premium:  $0.50 / hour

Heavy Equipment Operator Premium:  $0.50 / hour
